If you couldn't attend, we missed you!  The inclement weather (understated) did not deter the fun we had reminiscing!

THIS JUST IN!

Save the date - July 5, 2009, 1-4 PM.

Informal Class Meeting for
Class of '83 Graduates Only!

We will be meeting at the Greek Islands (3821 Center St.) for an impromptu post-25th-reunion debrief/pre-30th-reunion planning session. This will be somewhat of a free-for-all: show up or not, pay for your own food at the time, we won't be taking reservations (unless you want to give us a rough idea of who is coming), etc. If it's just Melissa and Vonda, then so be it, but we can have a mini-reunion and enjoy visiting for a little while. Come and give us your insight into past reunions and ideas for the next one. Hope to see you there!

TOP TEN REASONS TO ATTEND YOUR 25TH 30TH HIGH SCHOOL REUNION

1. You’ll laugh, cry, and reminisce with people who have known you the longest.

2. You don’t have to lie about your age.

3. Feel better realizing you are not the only one who has been married, divorced, married, divorced, and is still looking.

4. Even if it's your first reunion, take pride in finally showing up and accept deeply sincere gratitude from the planning committee.

5. Rekindle or begin new relationships.

6. Even if you had some negative experiences in high school, don’t fret about them; you’ll most likely laugh about them now.

7. Enjoy an evening out without the kids or grandkids, as the case may be.

8. Use the reunion as an opportunity to diet and shape up.

9. Humor the committee; they usually are a bunch of deluded diehards who think everyone should show up to appreciate all their efforts.

10. And finally, studies have shown that those who were initially hesitant about attending their reunions discovered it was the event they wouldn’t have missed!
